Client Reviews

We feel absolutely honored that we were able to work with GG. She is extremely professional and one of the most down-to-earth people you will ever meet. She is so knowledgeable in the real estate field and her negotiation skills and calm demeanor was so refreshing! She is the hardest working woman that I have ever come into contact with. Even with a newborn, she was always available 24/7. She answered calls & text at all times when we contacted her. Her communication skills are extremely admirable where we never had to question “what’s going on”, she kept us in the communication loop. We felt so comfortable and confident that we had no hesitations from the very first meeting with her. She was able to help us negotiate an incredible deal and listed and sold our home under 30 days!! I highly suggest GG as a realtor, she will without a doubt be the best decision you could make when it comes to your next move or purchase!

Grecia has been my go-to realtor for several years now. She is one of the most pro-active brokers I know and really knows her stuff! Grecia is very punctual, personable and professional. She takes the time to understand your exact needs and acts on your behalf to help you find what you’re looking for. Grecia has assisted me with several of my relocation needs; from Fort Worth to Dallas TX, Dallas TX to New York City. She has made each move so seamless and effortless. I really didn’t have to lift a finger. She helped me find a new place, find the best moving company and pretty much helped with every detail of the move. What more could you ask for? I honestly could not have done it without her. On top of all of that, she has such a lovely personality and is a joy to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to relocate or finding the perfect home!

I worked with Grecia to buy a new home this past year and had a fantastic experience! Grecia is extremely knowledgeable about the market, and her experience was invaluable in the negotiating process. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and organization allowed me to enjoy the experience, knowing that she had all the details handled. I would highly recommend working with Grecia to any family or friends looking to buy a home!

We’ve worked with Grecia multiple times. She’s knowledgeable, patient and provides excellent service. Our transactions were seamless. We highly recommend GG and will work with her again. She’s our go-to realtor in Dallas!
